Provides Tier-One and/or second tier Help Desk Support to End-users via telephone, e-mail, and in-person for pc, server, printer, or mainframe applications and hardware.
Escalates complex problems to Manager or other Information Technology Personnel as needed.
Ensured delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate logging of tickets, correspondence, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues for end users.
