•Act as first point of contact for CEO's office while managing appointments, prioritizing inquiries and responding to requests to allow CEO to focus her energies on other business matters.
•Provides a gatekeeper role, creating win-win outcomes for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
•Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response.
•Tracks and maintains applications for support and help CEO select recipients for in-kind donations to nonprofits and community gardens.
