•Prepped, and served meals to approximately 150 mentally handicapped/physically disabled adults. •Served meals according to calorie content. Also prepared food according to patients swallowing needs i.e puréed, mechanical soft or ground.
•Washed dishes and kept kitchen surfaces sanitized. Also responsible for monitoring food temperature and proper food storage.
•Trained new staff.
