Active participant in the development and planning of a $20 million dollar initiative to convert the organization's ERP from JD Edwards (JDE) World to JDE Enterprise One. Created detailed functional specifications for a variety of Human Capital Management interfaces. Write business use cases to justify changes to interfaces and system enhancements, create test scripts, and draft technical reporting specifications.
Conduct on-going detailed business process analysis of company compliance in the acquisition and retention of employee data and documentation with regards to new and established corporate policies.
Lead best-practices enhancements effort to review all data files sent between recruiting system and ERP system, document the nature and timing of data files, and create escalation procedures.
Provide technical support and facilitate the transfer of data throughout the transition of business lines undergoing mergers and acquisitions. Developed and executed methodology for extraction and conversion of data from the ERP to meet the technical requirements of the acquiring firm.
Serve as the SharePoint site collection administrator over all HR owned SharePoint site collections, providing support and training to all designated site owners on their user roles in SharePoint and organizational guidelines.
Devised and implemented a detailed audit methodology to ensure that all SharePoint site security policies are being adhered to by the site owners, and verified that all necessary training has been completed by the users designated to fill the site ownership role. Conducted audits of each site collection on a semi-annual basis.
