Halverson Northwest Law Group, P.C.
September 2012 — Present
My professional experience includes assisting clients to navigate the probate process and working closely with our senior attorneys to develop complex estate plans, including creating LLCs, trusts, and guardianships. I represent cities in municipal criminal prosecution, and have experience writing a variety of motions for a range of litigation issues. I have assisted in resolving cases involving unconstitutional takings, wage and hour claims, real estate disputes, state agency administrative orders, and employment matters on behalf of employers.
Throughout law school, I was active tutoring students in legal research and writing. There, I honed my skills at concise legal drafting and efficient legal research.
Prior to joining Halverson Northwest, I worked in the Ecology division of the Washington State Attorney General’s office, where I gained valuable knowledge in administrative law and regulatory procedure. I also worked as a summer clerk at Halverson Northwest prior to joining the team full-time.
