I would greet hotel guests and outside guests as they sat. When bartending I prepped the garnishes, juices, or items to stock the bar. Before and after for the shift I would setup the restaurant. When guests looked over the menu I also suggested recommendations, and mentioned seasonal specials or cocktails. I also helped in the banquets department and at times helped with large events, private parties, or weddings through the hotel.
