Sales and Systems Specialist

As the Sales and Systems Specialist, my main responsibility is to spearhead the new Canadian office's implementation of Salesforce, a new and updated proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, as well as Five9, a new cloud contact center software. I am managing and coordinating the company's CRM testing, analyzing and breaking down requirements for developers, verifying consistency across systems and testing functionality for the Sales Team. I am specifically responsible for troubleshooting system issues, maintaining an ongoing feedback loop and communicating system limitations and improvements to the Go Ahead Development team back in Cambridge, MA, USA.

In addition, I am responsible for leading new system training for the Sales and Service teams, as well as conduct ongoing sales training and coaching in Canada by using Go Ahead Tours' proven methods and procedures. It has been necessary to provide cross-training in the old CRM system, due to the fact that the new CRM system is being released in stages.

While working as the primary liason between the Sales/Service team in Toronto and the Development team back in Cambridge, I do hold the same Sales goals as the three other phone staff members in Canada. Below, is a reflection of our accomplishments, year-over-year, compared to Fiscal Year 2014:
