I lead, create, perform, evaluate, train, produce, decide, advise, interact, collaborate, start, continue, complete, control, organize, motivate, and all around get things done. I'm a researcher by nature and my brain is never happier than when I'm learning new things.

Supervisor and Document Specialist

I am a supervisor with DSi, where I oversee seven employees in two
departments. I work with other departments on both company-
focused projects and client-related projects. I complete client
productions and, with my superior, manage and
complete large projects that involve all departmental staff. I have recently introduced total quality principles into my department, including statistical process controls, increasing production averages by 15% and decreasing errors from 3.5% to 0.6% in the past twelve months.

I also co-created and helped institute the company-wide
training program, which we are currently re-tooling in order to add to our knowledge base and create a more knowledgeable and involved workforce.

Legal Assistant

As a legal assistant, I transcribed and drafted correspondence and legal documents, scheduled with various legal firms, court systems, and state Departments of Labor, maintained client files, and performed receptionist duties.

It's easy to make a buck. It's a lot tougher to make a difference. ~Tom Brokaw

I am sifting through the organization's data to bring order to current information stored. I am creating a plan for better data management processes in hopes of instituting it to create an orderly process, allow for better ease of access of data, and regulate the process amongst team members in both the Nashville office and the other offices in the region.
