I am in charge of preparing, organizing, and attending industry tradeshows, creating marketing plans and materials and helping manage the company's marketing development funds. I am also responsible for all marketing events, monthly newsletters, maintaining updated content on company's website and managing all social media accounts. As an Inside Sales representative I support the Vice President with quotes and order processing for customers. I helps out other sales staff with orders on an as needed basis. I work closley with company vendors for updated pricing and up to date promotional and special offers for our clients. I have successfully created Marketing department policies and procedures for office. I am also in charge of creating the company's training department for our clients to help them better understand their new technology. As a SMART Certified Trainer, I work with customers to get them familiar with their interactive whiteboards and help them find the best way to get their students and employees to be interactive with the content.

Purchasing, Accounting Assistant and Collections

As the Purchasing, Accounting Assistant and Collections person at CCS Presentation Systems, I was in charge of ordering all product for all jobs and expediting at necessary. As Accounting Assistant I was in charge of processing all bills that came into the office on a daily basis, inputting them into our system to be paid and filing them for the Accountant. For collections, I was in charge of obtaining payments on invoices that were overdue by contacting the entity directly and expediting payment as necessary. Also the backup for the receptionist to answer phones, process purchase orders, recievign checks and processing them for Accountant.

As the Underwriting Assistant at NRT Insurance Agency I was in charge of quoting new policies for customers whose current policies were about to expire. I would quote them, email them the new policy and follow-up with them. After six months I was put on the phones as a Customer Service Representative answering questions from customers about their auto and home policies, taking paymetns over the phone, making changes to their policies with written permission. Processed all changes to policies that came through fax, email and snail mail. Quoted renewal and brand new home and auto policies on a daily basis.

Office Assistant

As the Office Assistant I was in charge of answering all calls coming into the Development Office for Brigham and Women's Hospital. I would coordinator with the development officers on meetings, lunches, emails and speical campaigns such as direct mailing. I was also in charge of ordering all office supplies on a weekly basis. I kept the office in a neat and orderly fashion. I was the first person guests saw when they arrived at the development office and greeted them in a friendly and polite manner.

Working at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, I was the Executive Assistant to the Director of the Foundation. I coordinated her calender, set-up meetings and travel plans, took notes for meetings she could not attend. I was also a part of putting together a healthy living initiative for kids including obtaining a guest list, creating the invitations (both electronic and paper), in charge of signing guests into the event and being the point of contact for them with questions.

Her duties included but were not limited to setting up press kits, scheduling meetings and events, coordinating with outside professionals for local events and creating and editing the monthly projects binder.

For a summer internship, Kristine worked as an assitant to the 2 Promotions managers on a daily basis helping with the scheduling of on-air talent, commercial breaks, music blocks, and guest apperances. Kristine wrote advertisments for various sponsors of the radio station or segment. She also worked closely with the street team in coordinating their events they would attend during the week.
