I work directly with an Account Manager to retain, manage, and develop trusted client relationships across more than 50 accounts. Within the TECH practice, I help ensure IT executives and their leadership teams unlock the potential of their CEB memberships, tools and solutions. Additionally, I prospect within my assigned territory for new commercial opportunities, while also serving current clients. I also maintain meticulous documentation of client advisory and research support in our CRM database (Salesforce.com).
