Front Office Representative

I have been with Marriott for 5 years now. The tasks I do daily vary from answering high volume calls, assisting with B.E.O's (making folders for upcoming groups and filing them appropriately) routing groups, assisting with catering and banquets. Guest relations, coding invoices, gathering a order list for supplies needed, assist the restaurant when busy. I also drive the shuttle when someone calls out, run manager errand and assist in every department when needed.
