Classified Sales Representative

Responsible for continued increase in advertising revenues through new business development, as well as offering excellent customer service with new and existing customers.
▪ Create and organize special (monthly) projects by corresponding with local businesses; Generated anywhere from $300 to $12,000 of “new” revenue for the Classified Department each month
▪ Create and produce sales for advertisements in the Classified section in Bad Axe, Marlette and the greater Midland area
▪ Sell print ads for the Midland Daily News, which has a circulation of 16,000+ households
▪ Sell online advertisements including flyerboard ads, banner ads and special sections on, which receives about 200,000 unique monthly visitors

I started working at Busy Bees in March of 2008 and worked part time until I began working full time in November of 2012.

Under direction, assist in the coordination of the daily operations of the Daycare.
▪ Implement State licensing regulations
▪ Ensure rooms and play areas are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
▪ Oversee implementation of daily food program to meet children’s nutritional needs
▪ Communicate with parents or guardians concerning their children’s development, abilities, and areas of concern
