As a Recruiter for Adecco I strive to execute all the necessary steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders with a focus on customer service or creative specialty markets while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Building customer and associate relationships, deliver highly specialized levels of customer service to all. Supporting the Branch Manager to ensure that recruiting goals and objectives are met while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco Group policies and procedures. Providing accurate, timely, and complete daily analyses.
Schedule interviews for screened candidates prioritizing based on current branch needs.
Handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
Interfacing with all levels of staff and management.
Implementing current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies. Internet recruiting using new data applicant tracking software systems with ease.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, to meet customer demands.
Develop a network of candidates and maintains an internal database of all qualified candidates.
Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
Conducting moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results and modify as appropriate to meet inventory of needs. Analyzing candidates found through screening activities and evaluate skills with experience to match inventory needs.
Building and maintaining MS Excel and Google Doc spreadsheets for data analyses on a daily basis for weekly reporting.
