•Responsible for setting creative direction for over 40 FremantleMedia and 3rd party brands for ancillary exploration across Consumer Products, Interactive, Mobile, Sponsorship, Promotions, Home Entertainment, and Live Events.
•Manage brand approval process through all stages of development on: concept, design, materials, production process, safety & compliance, legality, packaging, marketing, and final sign-off.
•Maintain a working relationship with brand owners, networks, production colleagues, and international counterparts, ensuring top quality product with global uniform look.
•Support the sales teams with the creation and development of pitch materials (sell sheets, brand and recap decks, product mockups, and customized pitch presentations).
Manage external creative resources including agencies and freelance suppliers.
•Coordinate development and distribution of marketing elements (e.g., key art, sell sheets, photography, style guides) to retailers, agents, licensees, networks, venues, and promotional partners
•Organize the storage and management of creative assets and artwork, production samples across all categories, and maintain digital photography library of over 500,000 images.
•Research competitor activity, product and packaging design, and fashion trends in the market. Execute retail checks to sample FremantleMedia and competitor product in market.
