I was over all aspects of the office. Typed quotes, do bids for jobs, payroll, send out invoices, schedule jobs, schedule deliveries, I process credit card payments for customers, worked with multi phone lines, scanner, printer, fax machine, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, spreadsheet, Quickbooks. I am over the companies checking account and pay all the bills for the company.
