Lead and direct the operations of the Brand Identity and Design team to drive for creative excellence supporting the development of creative process, advertising, design and identity. Manage agency partners through procurement and the contracts ecosystem. Developed and shared best practices across the company, including integrated project management processes.
• Analyze budget proposals and create all financial reports; managing an annual budget of $7 million for creative initiatives and presents all budget proposals for 2013 business planning and budgeting
• Executed all SVP led town halls, community service, and social engagements for Brand Identity and Sponsorship teams- building comradely and strengthening the culture among team members
• Lead all community relations activities for Brand Marketing & Advertising; organizing speaking engagements at local high school for “It Can Wait”
