Enrollment Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

• Maintaining centralized data base for inquiries from potential new enrollees; filtering applicant inquiries, and forwards them to administrative and admissions offices for appropriate action and follow-up
• Providing file maintenance and auditing system for all incoming and new students to ensure accreditation standards are met
• Utilizing Campus Nexus and Perceptive Content to ensure all new enrollees have met and documented all admissions requirements before acceptance
• Issuing acceptance letters on behalf of the Institute of Production and Recording for all provisional students
• Providing thorough and efficient turnaround for all applicants and documentation
• Ensuring accurate data and enrollment census to corporate offices for weekly reports
• Entering data in Microsoft CRM for potential clients and inquiries
• Updating and reviewing calendars for campus staff and administration
• Maintaining continuity among departments by documenting and communicating actions and campus needs
• Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them to staff appropriately
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls while providing basic information as necessary
• Maintaining campus security by following building procedures and access regulations

• Contacting company generated leads and establishing interest to set appointments with prospective students.
• Promoting university and organization’s mission statement and communicating core values with students.
• Evaluating candidate’s interest, family support, financial need, and personal/academic background during interview.
• Utilizing interpersonal skills to understand the needs of students, as well as program compatibility.
• Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for admissions representatives.
• Securing admissions applications and paperwork to ensure that student is completing necessary tasks to gain acceptance in university.
• Submitting accurate and timely information on activity and productivity of prospective students.
• Attending meetings and training seminars.
• Developing and maintaining consistent personal inquiry activities to grow campus census.
