British Army

The Army was never part of my plan but I've learned an awful lot about myself over the last 2 years. I realised I'm passionate about people. I want to encourage people to find and follow their own passions. I'm interested in Occupational Psychology, leadership and talent development.

There are a number of frustrations working in such a bureaucratic system but I'm trying to create a network within the organisation that encourages innovation from every level. People should be recognised for the individuals they are and the skills and ideas they bring, not just the rank they wear.

BSc (Hons) Psychology

I enjoyed my degree but only recently realised that I would like to specialise in Occupational Psychology. I'm currently studying for a PGCE and will be continuing on to an MSc in Education and Innovation (both at the University of Southampton) as part of my professional development at work. I plan to undertake an MSc or PhD entered around Occupational Psychology in the future.
