Support the existent current L&D framework /structure, practices and processes.
Responsible to deliver Learning & Training interventions for front- line/ mid-level people managers.
Liaise with L&D partners’ on-shore to drive enterprise wide Learning initiatives.
Ensure that the company’s learning plan embraces a diverse internal pool and create an environment where employees are provided opportunities and encourage to develop to their fullest potential via steady access learning channels.
Identifies opportunities to integrate the competency model into L&D framework, E-Learning practices.
Strengthen management's ability to assess actual development needs through constant liaison with front-line managers and by liaising within the team's current strength to create bespoke interventions for the organization
Advising internal line managers on 70-20-10 methodology - & responsible for 20 & 10 ( E-Learning, Classroom trainings/ workshops)
Vendor Management - Work with identified vendors for delivery by vendors, content & customization.
Strengthen management's ability to assess actual development needs through constant liaison with front-line managers and by liaising within the team's current strength to create interventions for the organization
Working with business to firm up/ plan TNA. Roll out Learning Survey to employees, as per plan when applicable.
Responsible in reporting out L&D metrics to the leadership team at the required frequency
Experience on Indian Sign Language (ISL) and American Sign Language (ASL) Training
Hands-on knowledge of Sharepoint
