Assists in processing renewals and new business, terminations, and policy changes.
Responsible for the accuracy of work delegated to Benefits Assistant.
Responsible for the accuracy of work delegated by Account Managers, Account Executive and Employee Benefits Producers.
Responsible for maintaining own project list and ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist in marketing policies.
Assist with new and renewal proposals, coverage summaries and client check lists for presentation to clients.
Check policy coverages, changes and amendments for accuracy and relevance.

Input/amend client, policy, coverage, premium and billing information into computer system (Epic) and keep current at all times.
Verify commission schedules with carrier and accounting department for each account.
Maintain computer system documentation as required by Employee Benefits Procedure Manual.
Responsible for daily checking and outreach of Customer Service line.
Responsible for the outreach of Schedule A reports and timely filing of Form 5500’s to keep clients in Compliance with ACA regulations.
Responsible for the creation and/or peer review of Account Manager, Account Executive and Employee Benefit producers benefits brochures, proposals, etc.
Responsible for renewal, marketing, and customer service for three independent private schools.
