Through sheer luck and a wide spectrum of classes, I stumbled upon business, specifically accounting and finance. In my first accounting class, everything just made sense. A feeling that not many people have regarding accounting, I decided to run with it. From there I found finance and felt that with the two I could finally see the big picture of business. My time at UD has helped me discover my true interests and prepared me to pursue them.

Audit Associate

Upon graduation from the University of Delaware, I will begin work at KPMG in Philadelphia as a part of their audit practice. Auditing asset management companies, I will be able to use both my accounting and finance background. Not only will this position help me to grow as a young professional and learn about the accounting industry, but it will provide me with the needed work experience to become a licensed CPA. This job will help me transition from a student to a young professional.
