Prepares regulatory permits including Army Corps of Engineers 404, Regional Water Quality Control Board 401 Water Quality Certifications, California Department of Fish and Game 1602 Streamed alteration Agreements, Central Valley Flood Protection Board Flood Plain Encroachment.

Also, familiar with endangered species act compliance and preparation of biological assessments, natural environment studies, and habitat mapping.
