Director of U.S. Prevention

As Director of Prevention for Love146, Kimberly leads the organization’s prevention efforts in North America and is responsible for developing, monitoring, and evaluating programs and models to ensure high individual impact and systemic change.
Kimberly’s role includes strategic planning and the promotion of collaboration across sectors and disciplines. She leads a team that advises schools, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations on the implementation of effective prevention and identification strategies for diverse populations of youth. Strategies that are based on Love146’s direct experience providing a spectrum of services including community education, prevention, early intervention, and survivor care.
Kimberly formed and oversees a multi-organization, interdisciplinary team of child protection and education experts in the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of Not a Number, Love146’s child trafficking and exploitation prevention curriculum.
Kimberly also serves as a consultant for the National Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Center (NHTTAC).
