I assist staff when dealing with difficult clients. I maintain the emergency phone rotation for the program. I assist with staff training. I assist with scheduling of forums for clients and families.

Carry a caseload of twelve to sixteen families dealing with mental illness. Evaluation of client and families needs within the community. I assist with acclimation to the surrounding community. I assist with advocacy in the schools and legal system. I assist clients and families with obtaining entitlements,medical appointments,mental health needs,etc. I conduct a monthly housing inspection. Utilize the computer to maintain progress notes, service plans, functional assessments. Conduct family meetings when necessary. I assist with the planning of educational forums.
