I started at Denny's as a dishwasher. I'm experienced with many cleaning chemicals as well as sanitation technics. I then progressed into serving which allowed me to build my skills with food handling and customer service. I have wonderful customer service and enjoy meeting new people. I was then trained as an R.P. (replacement person) working as acting manager. This included: Safe audits, till counts, money handling, being in charge of a staff of up to 7 people, and also running breaks throughout shifts. In order to become an R.P. I had to learn how to cook. My cooking skills include: cleaning and sanitation, food handling, proper cooking techniques, preparing food in a timely manner according to Denny's standards, food storage, and proper food disposal.
