The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) office is carrying out an agency-wide initiative to optimize the way we manage our assets throughout their lifecycle and to implement changes that will result in cost-effective and performance-based decision making. As part of the Change Management team, Khadeidra supports the successful implementation of new Asset Management initiatives through:
• Analyzing trends and barriers to organizational change.
• Building awareness of the need for strategic and operational change.
• Promoting desire to adopt new initiatives: Designing electronic and print collateral to engage and inform the workforce about initiatives.
• Enhancing knowledge and fostering confidence through training activities.
• Developing and delivering communication plans, risk strategies and reinforcement plans.
