Collaborate with key leaders to establish and maintain relationships necessary to determine the pulse of business current state and any future challenges needed to anticipate cash and non-cash recommendations and solutions
Proactively probing on long term and short term business challenges to align cash/non-cash strategies appropriately. Generate forward thinking and strategic approaches and solutions to business and human capital challenges that involve cash and non-cash solutions.
Partner with HR team and business leads to conduct thorough needs assessment on where opportunities exist to build a world-class scalable total rewards infrastructure
Complete a regular analysis of data to pinpoint areas of improvement (Compensation, Recognition, Retention data)
Prioritize projects and tasks – and for each task establish clear owners of piece parts, so that expectations are clear on what’s expected from all parties
Create and facilitate compelling and meticulously prepared presentations
Gather data, generate analysis, hold focus groups, and prepare presentations that help aid in the development of cash and non-cash projects.
