Dinner Bell Market

Cashier

Dinner Bell Market is a local convenient store in Indianapolis where there are only a total of two in the state of Indiana. The one in Acton, Indiana is the one I worked at. The store consisted of a total of six workers, which that six included me. I always worked with one other key holder, which I would help them open or close the store depending on my shift that day.

Forever 21

Cashier

Here at Forever 21, my job was really simple. I had to put away merchandise, style mannequins, assist customers and clean the store after we closed. During the duration of my time here, I was offered the job title of visual manager, due to the fact that I have a keen eye for design and order of things.
Working as a cashier there really taught me a ton about great customer service.

Walgreens

Cashier, Cosmetician, Photo Technician.

Working at this establishment, I handled several different clients at one time. This profession required me to be really skilled at multitasking. While working up in the front of the store as the head cashier, I had to greet numerous customers while they entered the store. While up there, I had to take any questions the customers had and solve them in little to no time at all. As one of the fellow cosmeticians, it was all about the suggestive selling item of the week. From time-to-time, a customer came to me to ask for make-up questions or hair treatment ideas. Now, as the photo technician, my job was to do all the heavy lifting, the stocking of the store, and to take care of the photo lab.
