•Food Service Champion: Working Pantry line to prepare and expedite food quickly and accurately.
•Focusing on traditional family style cuisines, Baez Catering brings a new approach to home cooked meals with a personal chef service.
•Mixing yeast-raised dough and batter for fresh made donuts.
•Frying, frosting and decorating doughnuts.
•Baking a fresh assortment of muffins and breads.
•Prep Cook: Ensuring all stations are prepped before service.
•Chef de Cuisine: Ensuring all menu items are cooked according to specified guidelines provided by the Executive Chef.
•Sous Chef: Assisting the Executive Chef in anything necessary to expedite the production of daily specials.

•Prep Cook: Preparation of fruit salads and lettuce based salads.
•Smoker/Griller: Smoking over 1500 lbs of bbq rubbed pork shoulders over the course of 6 days. Grilling burgers to a medium temperature. And adding grill marks to hotdogs and smoked sausages.
•Prep Cook: Preparing entrees, salads, desserts, and expedite stations before the beginning of dinner service.
•Pantry Cook: Assembling custom restaurant fondue platters, salads and chocolate desserts.
•Miscellaneous: Rotation of product and shipment to maintain quality. Daily produce ordering to keep fresh items always on hand.
