• Corresponded with authors and remote employees to ensure effective management of self-publishing house. Also recorded royalty data entry month to month for all authors.
• Wrote press release for “The Twinning Murders,” a novel by Shelley Frome, for use on virtual book tour. Also wrote book summaries for use on website and book jackets.
• Maintained office when publisher was in-house and away: answered phone, made copies and, faxed, filed, and performed mailing.
• Facilitated components to publish the following titles: “Out of the Doctor’s Bag: Anecdotes, Tales, Stories, and Witticisms,” “I Got Bank! What My Granddad Taught Me About Money,” “Memoir of Pierre Toussaint, Born a Slave in Santo Domingo,” “The Jamming Whole Note,” as well as the ongoing ordering/shipping of other titles from the distributors.
