Manage three associations (membership: 350 – 500) with events ranging from small board meetings, member retreats, single-day educational programming with certifications, to conventions of 2,000.
• Manage overall event operations including budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Communicate with event speakers, exhibitors, VIPS, attendees and association members
• Create online registration system for each event and manage attendee sign-up
• Handle production of membership information delivery and collateral material, including e-mail, e-news, newsletters, brochures and other publications and mailings
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of member benefits
• Sell all association products and services including exhibit space, sponsorship, and advertising
• Manage all social media and direct mail marketing programs
