My role is to plan and manage the analysis phase of our consulting engagements. I define analyses to identify opportunity for operational improvements within scope, deploy and train consultant resources, and present key findings and potential approaches to the executive team. I have delivered current state analyses and solution implementation approaches for over 25 clients across 8 countries.
I am also an experienced project/engagement manager, guiding clients through process design, re-design, and management tool development, in addition to coaching stakeholders through the change process.
My recent engagements have included:
Leading the design and implementation of a labour scheduling process and standing up a PMO function to manage key strategic initiatives targeting performance improvement in a manufacturing plant.
Design of a Stage and Gate to accelerate and decentralize the cross-functional licensing and acquisition process for a large pharma company
Identification of over $3MM in performance improvement opportunity in a manufacturing facility
