In my current position at Verizon Wireless, I meet with customers to understand their current state, where they would like to be, and share what we do at Verizon Wireless. Solutions include Voice Services, Broadband Services, Remote Monitoring, and other ways to get information to the field. I work with a local team consisting of data engineers and architects, customer service, and management. We work with the customer to find and recommend the solutions that will benefit their business. I worked with customers who had between 1 and 35 employees. These Business customers are in all fields, and I was able to bring solutions to their organization that would help to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and become more efficient. In this role I would typically work with the owners of the business and have an opportunity to really understand their short term and long term goals.
