As a Retail Sales Manager, or what we like to call, Solutions Manager, I build and motivate a strong sales force to keep Verizon at the forefront of technology solutions. All while teaching them how to create loyal customers and fans.

I assist with store operations - analyze staffing needs, report financial and sales data, manage cash and inventory levels, and meet compliance, sales and retention goals.
