As the CEO’s, Madeline Ross’, administrative assistant, I help her with her bookkeeping, her traveling, royalty payments, etc. As an administrative assistant, I have had to learn how a franchise company works from the ground up. My job requires me to field telephone calls, Facebook marketing for the franchisees, word processing, create spreadsheets and presentations, and file paper work. I’m also in charge of any issues the franchisees, around the country, have and resolving them. This job has given me the opportunity to see how a franchise works and what it takes to manage your own company, through first-hand experience.
