-Management of relationships with national location advisors and corporate real estate professionals.
-Direct marketing to companies, site selectors, real-estate professionals, industry press and other audiences, using multimedia, email, direct mail, and personal interaction.
-Development of customized campaigns, utilizing strategic research, recent economic development news, and customized value added messaging.
-Engage local businesses and targeted sector companies to identify connected opportunities and supply chain clusters.
-Management of third-party contracts to identify and qualify company leads.
-Execution of domestic business development missions.
-Development and execution of hosted events, designed to attract prospect interest.
-Participation in professional organizations focused on corporate real estate and core Charlotte-region industries.
-Warm- and cold-calling of targeted leads.
-CRM management of all contacts.
