The Research Assistant will maintain the office environment by: answering phones filing, and performing special projects such as proof reading and editing and other office related work. Seasonally the Research Assistant will be asked to participate in special events planning and preparation, along with contacting. Applies knowledge of office/program support activities, articulate and tactful communications skills; readiness to meet and work directly with students. Moreover, maintains a variety of records, such as inventories of supplies and materials; prepares correspondence, forms and reports. Prepare databases as well as manage and manipulate then whenever needed. Produces documents related to assigned office/program area.
