- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop a start-up plan for a foundation focused on funneling funds to NGO’s serving disadvantaged children, both domestically and abroad.
- Identify potential organizations of interest to support and annual outcome metrics for measuring their performance, which may be shared with board members and prospective donors.
- Develop an initial business-marketing plan to raise awareness of the foundation and ultimately provide funding to selected nonprofit organizations. Identify business/marketing objectives and strategies.
