Paper title: Contingent Prize Allocation in One Clientelist Democracy: Evidence from Senegal

- Establish and implement a coding strategy for qualitative data gathered through 112 politician interviews conducted in French
- Compile coded qualitative data with quantitative data on polling-station level election results and village-level public goods provision; clean dataset to address missing data using STATA
