Perform all Leader on Duty (LOD) responsibilities including overseeing total store operations, responding to guest service requests, prioritizing and delegating team member workload, and responding to staffing concerns and call-ins. Recruit, hire, train and supervise new team members. Lead presentation team by planning, executing, and reviewing all store transitions. Lead pricing team in timely price change execution. Lead signing team in prepping and setting weekly sales ad. Coach, train, develop, and provide feedback to team members, including writing and conducting yearly reviews. Support business needs by cross training in other departments. Support the district in training new in role team leaders for presentation/pricing leader position. Support district in new store opening captainship. Previously lead Market team, Salesfloor team, Guest Service team, Order fulfillment team and Logistics team.
