Hi all! I'm a recent college graduate on a journey to becoming a registered dietitian. In between time, I'm serving my local community as an Americorps member and Cooking Matters nutrition instructor.
Sharing my nutrition knowledge with others via community classes. Creating vegetarian food recipes. Food festivals. Roadtrips.
My future dream career is me as a Registered Dietitian focusing on health promotion within inner-cities of the U.S.
