As a cabin manager my role is to manage a team of up to four cabin crew. Coach cabin crew on a day to day basis and also, to provide feedback in the form of assessments. As part of my role I am expected to maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Each day as a crew we are given a sales target and it also also my job to use my experience to adapt the level of service to accommodate the passengers needs.
