Schedules and maintains communication with speakers, vendors, and participants
Coordinates and monitors event timelines; reviews and analyzes evaluations
Create and maintain comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic for hotel
Leverage hotel PMS/CRM System for Social Relationship Management use
Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at the hotel
Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts
Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotel. Transmit and receive messages, using telephone switchboards. Post charges, such those for rooms, food, or telephone calls, to ledgers by using computers.Make and confirm reservations.
Make sure worship Power Points and chapel logistics are prepared for chapel. Implement and advertise a worship ministry where Faculty, Staff, and/or Students can have worship at an event or small group if necessary. Meet weekly with the Pastor for Music and Worship
Select music appropriate to the program, the audience and the station
Record play history for talk and music programs to comply with Federal Communication Commission’s annual reporting requirements.
Use of technology, such as Cool Edit Pro, Protools and Adobe Audition, for editing and production purposes. Ensure all staff members are able to stick to deadline, answer questions and ensure all content is covered
