-Handled all email and written correspondence with patients and caretakers with who had any questions or concerns.

-Implemented a filing system for the paper records and input them into a database.
-Made sure office supplies were always in stock and ordered whatever was necessary to avoid running out.
-Assisted with home visits when short staffed, our clientele was mostly elderly in assisted living communities so the doctor went to them.
