Beyond Football provides its student-athletes with transformational personal and professional experiences that create productive leaders for life.

• Develop a strategic vision and framework for Beyond Football, including branding, messaging, infrastructure and developmentally appropriate programming
• Create meaningful opportunities for community engagement and manage all community outreach/engagement requests related to the OSU Football team
• Meet with student-athletes to assess student-athlete progress, help them advance towards developmental goals and ensure they are having a positive student-athlete experience

Played predominant role in creation of the Badgers Give Back program and role of community relations coordinator that debuted in September 2012. Led growth of program from one part-time student employee to its own department with operating budget, full-time employee and eight undergraduate interns in 1.5 years. Drove 344 percent increase in hours volunteered and 447 percent increase in appearances in first two years. Position was granted the title of "Director" in 2015.
