• Provide remote administrative support for 25 executives
• Manage complex client inboxes and calendars of dynamically changing schedules daily
• Collaborate with customers to coordinate schedules for Executive meetings
• Create and review organizational charts, expense reconciliations and meeting presentations
• Schedule domestic & international travel including air, hotel and transportation accommodations
• Manage and support logistics for conferences, rooms, remote messaging, Web Conferencing and A/V equipment.
• Provide daily Administrative/Clerical duties.
