PRODUCTION:
- Work directly with finanace director to create season show budgets for over 200 shows totaling about $1 million.
-Maintain performance contracts and create checklists of artist requirements
-Update show calendars, monthly schedules and create monthly production status reports
-Maintain and reconcile financial records of post- show production expenses.
-Advance and coordinate with visiting artists and their production staff as well as rental organizations to ensure all needs are met.
-Maintain and schedule appointments, deliveries and pickups, hotel reservations, vehicle rentals, ground transportation arrangements, and equipment rentals.
-Monitor crew and production hours, expenses, etc.
-Convey production scheduling and logistical information to other departments
-Prepare labor, equipment, technical and other performance expense estimates
-Assist in reviewing and advancing technical riders and contracts as well as copying and filing up to date paperwork
HOSPITALITY:
-Order all catering advances and stocking storage areas with needed supplies.
-Supervise food and beverage provisions for performances as well as facilitating communication with hospitality manager and suppliers.
-Responsible for making frequent inspections of kitchen and storage areas to determine that regulations governing food safety and sanitation are being followed.
