Oversaw about 12 employees daily day-to-day tasks. Ran attendance tracker reports for each employee that I oversaw. Listen to calls for quality and coaching. Scheduled meetings with employees to discuss their day-to-day operations and additional coaching. Also involved in HR matters with employees.
Also took inbound calls from customers to discuss various benefits with such as health insurance 401(k) and pension benefits. Resolve complex customer issues.
