My duties began as reception, executive assistant to owner, and office management. I was quickly promoted to client account manager, payroll manager, and human resource manager overseeing each task for our five office locations around the country. I traveled to each monthly to deliver profit loss statements as well as being in charge of all bookkeeping including payables and receivables for all offices. I also prepared and filed company taxes as well as employee w2 and 1040 documents.
