My main roles in this position was answering phone calls, meeting people at the door, taking bereaved families to see their loved ones in the chapel of rest, general day to day administration including an in house system, word, excel, publisher and emails. I also worked 7 hours a week in the accounts department writing ledger books and learning the weekly role that accounts deal with.
