Created and implemented action plans for facilities with high turnover and set/met goals to get become agency free
Worked with facilities to focus on onboarding and retaining employees by educating managers on how to sell the company, promoting employee perks, employee appreciation and teamwork
Acted as the eyes and ears to Director of Operations on matters pertaining to training and development, readiness and administration of day-to-day recruitment and retention efforts.
